Solter is a San Francisco based artist and studio engineer, and One River is an outstanding piece ofbient music. You hope you were looking forward to this as much as You was. was a great year in music and, just like last year, You have rediscovered a bunch of great artists from the earlier months of ‘07 in the process of compiling Obscure Sound’s annual “Best Albums” list. As for the most recent — it would be extremely easy for me to say that

There were a few religious figures, all of whom called forcefully for compassion. Others spoke also of caring, generosity, considering what it would be like in some other person’s shoes.
